So we have been having a grand adventure in trying to get our house in order fix things and still be good parents. And alas, the parenting thing seems to come first. We can't really do anything unless Porter is asleep. But anyway, here are some fun things that we have been doing with Porter.
The first is Porter helping dad fix the wall and our new floor that Eric just installed. I really like it, and it will look better when the walls are painted.
The second is us having fun in the play room. Porter loves to play with tupperware. And so he gets his own to play with in his room and we put snacks in them. But he also likes to be silly.
And the third is dad being silly and making it hard for Porter. At first he thought it was really funny, but then he decided that it wasn't so funny. I turned the camera on him just a little too late. But I think you will get the jest of it. And he is not wearing a dress, it is pajamas because it keeps him cooler than other jamas do. It is just a boys undershirt that is too big for him.

We have the same problem with our kids - we can never do anything until they are asleep. But I think the floor looks great!
What, DO things with the kids awake? What kind of masochist are you? :P
Yeah, we also try and do all we can while the kidlets nap/sleep/go somewhere else.
Which can help to explain why our kids are well-rested and we look so dang haggard. ^_^
I love that no matter how many times he bashes his head, he is still laughing! Now whenever I need to smile, I can listen to his cute little laugh. We love our Porter boy!
