Happy Easter!

Porter had a lot of fun finding his easter basket this morning (like I really hid it, Eric took forever to find his). It was a lot of fun to carry on the traditions of childhood for both Eric and I. He was more interested in the ball that came with the toy, and the grass in the bottom than anything else. It was so much fun to watch. Here is a video of him finding his basket.

Then here is a picture of him playing with his stuff.

Then, the coup de grace, the best dollar store toy I have ever bought. He played with this and laughed histarically for a long time. It was so much fun. I am glad that we finally got to celebrate an Easter with him. Last year we were moving to Arizona and totally forgot that it was Easter until we got to church. Anyway, here is the video.

We hope you all had a wonderfull Easter full of all the family traditions you love. But most of all we hope that it was focused on the Savior as that is the reason for the season. We love you all, we know that Christ lives and are striving to be worthy of His gift to us.

"We talk of Christ, we rejoice in Christ, we preach of Christ, we prophesy of Christ, and we write according to our prophesies, that our children may know to what source they may look for a remission of their sins."
2 Nephi 25:26

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

If you are not wearing green, we are going to come and pinch you!

We hope you have a great pinchless St. Patrick's Day with lots of corned beef and cabbage and red potatoes. And a lot of other green things like green milk, green eggs and ham, green macaroni and cheese, green bread, green hair, and green brownies (that would be interesting). Just don't eat anything that is green and fuzzy, that is probably mold.

Introducing the Amazing Porter!!

Porter has just learned how to climb and he climbs on anything and everything that he can. I came out of the bathroom this morning and found him standing on top of the file box (yes, that is what it is, one of those plastic ones from walmart) and singing. Unfortunately he did not sing when I had the camera on him but it was still funny to watch. So here you go.
