So I've decided to do this all in one fell swoop. So this is going to be a long one.
We went to the Hogle Zoo in Utah one Tuesday with Porter's cousins. It was so much fun. We got to see an albino aligator, all kinds of monkeys, elephants, cats, and birds. Porter was more interested in the pigeons that flew in on their own and ate the left over popcorn from the passers by.
After Eric and dad loaded up the trailer and headed for NY, Porter and I hopped a plane to California. Hey, we might as well make it a real cross country trip. We went there for Grandma and Grandpa Stevenson's 50th wedding anniversary. It was so much and we got to play with everyone. Porter had a blast going to the beach and chasing around all of his cousins, and mine. He even learned how to do a sommersault.
Then we are finally here in Buffalo after a 6 hour plane flight and a 2 hour layover in Atlanta (where I actually had a hard time trying to understand what people were saying). Porter didn't know what to do when he saw Eric, he just kind of stared at him for a while. But now he loves being home with his daddy. He is also going through withdrawls of all the people to play with but keeps himself busy with plenty of new space to explore along with a backyard. And on the 4th we even got to go to the beach in Canada. It was a lot of fun. (They have really nice beaches.)
We love you all and more pictures will be coming soon.
